We started to investigate, and we soon discovered that the issue was with the fuel that the boilers were burning.
Our investigation took us to Germany where we learned about the difference that the type of wood pellet being burned makes to the boiler.
That is when we had the idea to develop and produce our own line of unique anti-dust wood pellets in order to help save our customers the stress and costly expensive of dealing with premature boiler repairs.
